Needs some fixes but best app out there

I am a driver, I drive over 100k per year. Ive tried every app out on the market and while I think a few do compare Ive personally always like Roadmate. Ive never had issues until recently. I do animal rescues as well and last night I went about 20 miles out to pick a rescue up. I was tired so not paying as close attention as I normally would. Its a major city so it should not be as off as it was, anyhow. Im just listening, turn right, turn left, ect... Then I realize its taken me in circles over and over again. I pull over restart the app and route then it stops the neverending loop and takes me to the wrong street. I didnt know it until I went to knock on the house number and the lady had no clue. So I finally just opened maps and used it. I was a block and a half away from my destination which is unacceptable. I wish I had not updated this app. I was happy with it as it was. Please fix it or ill be dropping this to 3 stars. Give me the old app please, the new features are nice but Id rather have it working again.
